**PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE

FOLLOWING NOTICE!**

Due to the Massachusetts State law, ALL oil lines that are currently not protected by a non-metallic sleeve will become illegal as of July 1, 2010.  This will mean that EVERY household that is not currently meeting these requirements will need to do one of two things to resolve this issue:  A) The oil line needs to be replaced with a new non-metallic sleeved oil line; B) An Oil Safety Valve must be installed at the oil tank.  Please notify us by E-mail or call (781) 899- 9180 or (781) 894-2799 to get your household up to State Code regulations.

Note that this law does not apply to owners who have had fuel supply lines or an oil safety valve installed or upgraded on or after January 1, 1990. Such a system must, however, be certified by a licensed oil burner tech as in compliance with CMR 4 code in order to meet the requirements of the law.
